Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept the following methods of payment:-

Credit and Debit Card payments.
These are processed by Worldpay on our behalf and you will be taken to a secure server where you can enter your card details. You will be emailed a receipt for your card transaction

Cheque or Postal Order
To be made payable to The Craft Grotto.co.uk and sent to the address above. Please note that we will wait for payment funds to clear before despatching your order

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. Orders are not deemed in progress until payment has been received in full.
If payment is to be sent via cheque or postal order we will advise you when it is received

International Orders
We now accept International orders from Europe and selected countries worldwide, We do not supply to the USA or Canada for insurance reasons. Please pay using a credit card. Your credit card company will then convert the transaction from GB pounds to your own currency. Please allow 21 days for delivery of international orders.

Shipping And Handling As an internet business we take orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week and pride ourselves on our quality service and quick delivery, we aim to despatch orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday the same day! The Post Office closes at 12 on Saturday but we try! Other than this any orders received at the weekend will be posted first thing Monday, except on bank holidays when they will go as soon as the Post Office opens.. We are able to accept orders from the UK and Europe. Most items are sent by first class post and usually arrive the next day but large or very heavy items will be sent by parcle post. please allow up to a week for uk orders (usually far faster) and 30 days for international orders.

Returns Policy I supply goods on a firm order basis. Under the Distance Selling Regulations within UK law, however, you have the right to cancel the order of any goods supplied by us provided you return them quickly enough for me to receive them within 7 days of the date on which you received them. Please include all documentation and pack the items securely : returned goods that are damaged will not qualify for refund. In accordance with the regulations, you will be responsible for the cost of both the original dispatch and the return of the goods. I would recommend that you use a recorded delivery method for the return of goods as refunds will only be given for the value of goods supplied and subject to them reaching me within 7 days of the date on which you received them.

In the event that an order is supplied incorrectly or it is damaged upon receipt, please contact me on 01473 717290 or e-mail sales@thecraftgrotto.co.uk stating details of your order, so that I can arrange return of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. I will either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
