I used a plain white card blank and punched 4 snowflakes out of it with a medium snowflake punch, I then took a piece of lilac glitter angel hair and cut it in half with a wavy edged cutter and stuck half inside behind the snowflake cut outs and half on the front. Finally I stuck the snowflakes on the front using large craft foam pads to raise them up and finished it off with a peel off sticker.
